Change Default Folder / Directory Color?

New user here, changed to dark theme for black background and now changing file colors by extension. So far, so good but--

All of the folder (directory) names show up as orange and I can't figure out how to change that to a different hex color. Google-fu not working for this.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Jungle:
Explorer Panel settings > Colors > File and Folder state colors
or/and
File Coloring rules editor
