Restrict Folder Tree if Tab locked

Hi, sorry if this has been requested before, but I could not find it. If I lock a Tab (and allow to browse to folders below) the displayed treeview should reflect this restriction and only displays the folders I can browse to.

In Picture MC.PNG you see how it is displayed now, the second picture shows what I would suggest and expect.
