I would like to have the option (could be enabled or disabled in settings) to have Multi Commander highlight and autoscroll to files that have been moved or copied into a folder in the active window.

Since all copy operations happens on the background this is not so easy. (The panel windows are not locked. you can go to it and continue working with it while a copy is happening)
Since you can navigate away during the copy and do other things during the copy. and that can cause strange side effect.
