Is there an option to load Multi Commander at start-up so it loads immediately when needed?
If not, I'll put a shortcut for it in my Startup Folder and have it start minimized.

There is no “automatic” or configuration setting, but you can add “/MINIMIZED” as a command line switch to your shortcut in the Startup folder.
