sort folder by extension

mymulticommander:
how to sort folder by extension?
Like this.
Folders are:
happy.001
Happy.002
Happy.003
(extenstions are 001, 002 and 003)

Folder do not have a "file extensions", So you can not sort folders on it. it will be part of the name
But the example provided should be sorted correctly when sorting by name
