MultiCommander Future Plans
« on: September 01, 2018, 13:31:11 »
Hello, I use your product usualy and found it very nice and flexible.
Recently I began to use LISTARY which I like a lot and very  flexible tool.
But it is not integrated with MultiCommander, then I decide to have a look to the other products supported.
Finally, I found MultiCommander has some unique functionalities (scripts, plugins, colour files, etc)  that I like very much
but missed some very important today: pdf viewer, dir sync, etc.
And above all it is fast and eat little resources.
Then for the moment I returned to it...
But I have questions.
If I look at the web, it seams blog, and design has closed on 2016
But I found the last product version on 2018
and on the Forum, Mathias answer message today
Then Product and authors are alive.. that a good new, to dicide to keep working with MultiCommander.
But I wander what is the future?
What do you plan?
I understand this is a daunting task what you are doing to support freely this product and I think you should think in a way to  grow and keep project alive.
Perhaps incorporating people to the project, perhaps getting some money for support, ..
I really would like your ideas and how could we help you.
Hope to keep in touch.
Regards

Yes I was planning on posting blogs stuff there but that takes times to write up an so. And the little time I have to spend on MC I want to spend developing.
I maybe should remove that, since I do not have time to update it

The development is alive. BUT not at the same speed since I'm a lot more busy with my day job and other stuff. But I still work on it and still add new features.
