You can search the file and then rename them in the result panel or using multirename tool

I want to select all files in multiple folders, rename them and then copy to a different folder.

Thank you,

There are dozens upon dozens of folders, some will be empty. Can I tell the program that IF there is a file in the folder to rename it, and then copy it to a different folder?

That is a very specific scenario. And you say Rename it.. Then you want some automatic rename.. and then you need some rename rules on how to rename it
So no, not a build in thing like that. You might be able to do it with script.

I don't know how to write script, but thank you. I was hoping, I guess I'll just do it all manually.
