500 'STOR' not understood?

Hi,

I am having issue when transferring files with LATIN character "Ç Ö"
2020-05-18 02:50:12 > TYPE I
2020-05-18 02:50:13 < 200 Type set to I
2020-05-18 02:50:13 > STOR
2020-05-18 02:50:13 < 500 'STOR' not understood

How to solve this?

Do it works with files without special characters ?

Yes it works with normal or basic characters but with Latin 1 (i think) it doesn't

example characters below that's giving me 500 STOR

à    á    â    ã    ä    å    æ    ç    è    é    ê    ë    ì    í    î    ï
ð    ñ    ò    ó    ô    õ    ö    ÷    ø    ù    ú    û    ü    ý    þ    ÿ
