MultiDataViewer default to UTF-8 encoding

commander:
in recent days, most of files are encoded in utf-8. Is that possible to set utf-8 by default?

normaly UTF8 file will have a BOM bytes in the beginning. If they do, it will be loaded as UTF8.
But you can also add a configure a profile that openen all *.txt files as UTF8 or similar
