You can configure the right mouse button to show that menu

Menu > File > Configuration > Explorer Panel Settings > Mouse Configurations (Tab)

a Bit down there is a category named "Extended Mouse Configuration"
If you change the "Drag files using right mouse button"  then you will receive a popup menu when you drop item where you can select copy/move

Icon/Tile view is not support and will not be for a while. However List mode is is being worked on

Thanks for your answer.
I like the Commander Styled Look 'n' Feel. For this feel, it allows me to use right mouse button to select multiple files by sliding mouse——NORTON COMMANDER MODEL , but it don't allow me Drag files using right mouse button.

Therefore, I like norton commander model and left mouse button context menu .
