Loading configuration error

Yesterday MultiCommander stopped working on two machines.
I use version 11.6 build 2845 - it crashes on Loading Configuration...
Here is log file content.

I checked - there is no UserMenu.xml file.
How can I solve this problem?

UserMenu.xml is not needed.
It stores the information for user added menus and commands in the menu.. If you have not added anything there, There is no configuration of that to load.
So it must be something else. Is a crash dump sent ? was a dialog shown with a CrashID ? if it was then I can look up the crash report manually and check

I created DumpFile according to your instruction from documentation using TaskManager but...While uploading I obtained such a message: Sorry, there was a problem uploading your file. Storage is low on free disk space
