Calculate folder size is not working for me.  Any advice is much appreciated!!.

I tried to attach a video but was not able to.
I uploaded it to YouTube instead.
Here is the link: https://youtu.be/S1WiHoMP_Kg

The video shows me select 1 file then multiple files to attempt to get folder sizes. Lastly I open a folder to show that there are files inside that should register as a folder size.

It looks like these are Microsoft OneDrive folders.  I that correct?

YES!!!  I just tested Onedrive and non-Onedrive folders. That is exactly why I couldn't get folder sizes. I never even thought to try it outside of my Onedrive.

 ;D

I was working on a project of moving Onedrive from my C to my D drive. I needed to know the size of the folders because I ended up needing to move them 1 by 1 (Sucked!!)

Thank you for your help, I was baffled!

You should be able to get size, but onedrive can be configured in different way depending on version and OS.
But it depends on how you set it up. If there is symlinks or junctions link for folder these will not be followed when getting size (since it can resolve into a loop and never end.)
On Win10, If "file on demand" is active. Then it will show the size of all files even if they are not synced to disk yet and are tagged as offline.
