drag a file over a folder

Can I set somewhere that when I drag a file over a folder with the mouse button pressed, this folder opens?
So to put the file there.

Is it possible to implement this without Alt key?
Possibly with setting the delay when opening the folders?
I only have one arm so working with keyboard shortcuts is mostly unfeasible or very cumbersome for me.

Not currently. It would clash with other behaviors
