The function: "Enable/Disable Preview Panel" is not working for me.

Bit hard to say with just that information.

Nothing at all happens.. that strange..

Since I activated the 'File Commands' toolbar, it works. When the toolbar was deactivated, neither a newly created button nor the keyboard shortcut Shift+Alt+Q worked.
