[Bug] Shift+F4 doesn't launch an editor

Yes Look like that command change to just Create. I will split them into two commands instead, (Create file, Create file and edit) and add a new command that is only Create. and change CreateAndEdit to launch edit if 1 files was created.

But why did it stop working in the backed-up portable versions?

Not sure.
Maybe it is not portable and reading settings from other settings folder and that had the change to CustomKeymapping.xml that was not needed. since the issue was something else ?

I've never used installable versions. Portable only.

16.1 out now.. Create and Edit should work again
