2.5.1 bugs

[Jungle]

1. File types setup.

- Press [Add]
- Type something in "Program parameters" and "File extensions"
- Press [...] to Select program
- Choose program and press OK.

Result: "Program parameters" and "File extensions" fields are cleared.

2. There are no translation strings for "Core Settings > Filesystem > Network"

2. That is because they was added in the last minute before the release and it might change.
But if the settings are kept for the next release it will be changed so it can be translated.
