Old 7za.dll

The "7za.dll" in Extensions/FS7Zip is outdated. Some 7z-archives compressed with newer 7zip versions can not be extracted.
I replaced the dll from http://www.7-zip.org/download.html with newer version and it worked.

Nice.  Good to know.
I suspected that it would work. But I did not have time to verify and test it before release so I skipped updating it in this release.
I will have it fixed for the next minor update.

I'm also planning to update the 7Zip SDK so more of the 7Zip features can be supported..
