Im not sure how you manage that. The list can only handle one font. Only colors and bold/normal can be different for the items inside the list

Maybe you changed font and only one of the panels got updated ?
Files can have different colors based on name/ext matching or if it is hidden/system. That the file is inside a 7z file does not matter, the list view does not know that. it just shows file and colors of them can change based on name or file attributes.

Is strange, always is the same 7z files. With others 7z files the font is the normal configured.
I will put another screens with different 7z files.
The font is Droid Sans Mono, 10 normal.
Thanks Mathias.
OOPS... I missing a detail. No file extension, size, date info in this bug 7z files. (may be the 7z header?)

EDIT: With another font, ex. Arial, is the same problem.

Look: Two 7z files.

No it colors files based on file name matching. If a file is inside a 7z or not does not matter the viewer does not know that. It just shows file names.

Is the font really different ? Or is it colors or bold style that make look little different. Looks like it matching .iso files and colors it different.
I would guess that you have the Color by File matching option enabled.
Check Explorer Panel Settings > Colors (Tab) > "Color file/folder based on file/Folder name"

I have the Color by File matching option enabled.
Adding for example the *.iso file to the 7z file, in one panel is correct with color matching,
but in the other panel look this pic...

Note: The font tested change to BOLD on with 7z problem. And the normal listing files is Normal (no bold)

EDIT: Testing in my other PC with clean installation and all default, the problem is the same. Font change to BOLD
in the sames 7z files. I don´t have any fonts settings in BOLD style.
Again, thanks Mathias!

I don't get how you can have some files can be shown as bold and some not. You must have manage to configure some settings in a way so that some conflict is created.

You can send you config file by pressing "send feedback" from the help menu inside MC (make sure configuration files are checked)
Or you can send the ZFileManager.xml configuration from the config(1) folder and send it to http://multicommander.com/upload/ o

(1) type ":goconfig" in the command line field to get to the config folder

Ok.
With 7z File Manager, looking the 7z files with the 'bold problem', i see where is the bug/problem.
All 7z files with BOLD font are with "Extended Attributes" like D_ or A_ in 7z File Manager (9.20 version)
And MultiCommander can´t manage this type of 7z (No size, date, info etc.) and is impossible to view
files under folders. Internet not show info about 7z with Attributes D_ A_.
Look this pic capture from 7z File Manager.
May be i´m completely wrong with my view of the problem, but i´m try to help you. ;)
Thanks.

The file attribute does not explain why they are BOLD.. it can explain why it does not show a folder as a folder.. but not the BOLD.

What version are you running ? 2.5.1 and lower has older 7z and 2.7 has a newer

Last 2.7 build 1171 version.
I don't create the 7z files. Downloaded from internet.
Try to download and open for example mkvtoolnix (a great mkv tool) from:
http://www.videohelp.com/download/mkvtoolnix-unicode-5.7.0.7z
or Far Manager (a text old style File manager).
www.farmanager.com (7z compressed file)

PD: I have about 60-70% of spanish translation. ;)

Don't know who created that 7z but something is wrong with it. It has attributes that are not allowed according to the 7z spec.

Yes, is a strange type of 7z files.
Yesterday, i download to test another two file managers (total commander and altap salamander), and
this programs can manage perfect this type of 7z files.
Of course, i still using MultiCommander ;) and when i need to manage this 7z files, i run 7z FM.

That is because MC did not filter the attributes for the files inside a 7z. It assumed that they was correct and did not do any extra validation.
And the crazy attribute values from 7z leaked into MC and they collided with internal attribute values.
