Share credentials

Hi,

if I want to connect to my NAS shares it shows me the folders correctly, but if I click on one of my shares MC doesn't ask me for the username and password to open the share.

The workaround would be to open the share with windows explorer and put in the credentials. Afterwards it works in MC too.

Would be great to implement the feature to ask for credentials.

Most of the time it will ask for credentials. But there are some situation that it fails to do that. I have it on my list of think to try to fix.

any News here? MC still doesn't ask for credentials (at least in my case)...

Not able to recreate this. I get it to ask for username/password all the time.

You can predefine what account to use for network under in the Credential Manager in Windows
