[Bug?] Remember open paths

I switched to list view and saved it as default layout. But if Remember open paths option disabled, after start Explorer panel has Detailed view. Is it a bug or by design?

Looks like a bug.. None of the other panel settings (view mode, dateformat, locked, allow change, show tree ,... , ... ) are saved if that option is disabled.

I will correct that.
