bar above status bar configuration

is there a way to configure the bar above the status bar?the one that shows the number of files and folders, how many are selected, the one that contains the filter field..actually, not the bar itself..just the display of number of files and folders, but if the bar itself is configurable then I want to learn it too..

Explorer Panel's selection status field... You can change the font (Display Tab in settings , Fonts category)
and you can also if if it should show Bytes/KB/MB/GB/Auto   (Layout tab in settings. )
