sorting by tracknumbers of music files

I hoped to give numbers to my music(track) files e.g. 01-, 02-, 03- etc , but first I want the files sorted by trachnumbers , not on alphabet; the numbering of the files and the tracknumber in the tag must be the same
how van I achieve that?

Maybe rename using Multi-Rename with the [?MCAudioProp.track] tag.. ?

Or add the "Audio (ID3) - Track" column and sort by that.
