Drag/drop copy empty folder fails

plugger:
Windows 7 Home Premium
MultiCommander v3.1 build 1401 64 bit

Drag/drop-copy (SHIFT-mouse1) a folder from one pane to the other does not work if the folder is empty.
Drag/drop-move (CTRL-mouse1 or only mouse1) works.

Strange that used to work. I will see if that can be fixed..
But who needs empty folders anyway :)
