Beta Releases / v10.0 b2726 Layout Issue

I have a Layout Issue with b2726.  I cannot get rid of the last toolbar below the menubar.

I never use toolbars and I would like to reclaim the space at the top of my screen.

The menu option View > Toolbars > Standard keeps reverting to "ticked" after every restart.

Menu > View > Vertical layout.  Close & reopen MC.

Firstly, uncheck "use default background color", then check "Background color" and choose your color.

Then click "OK".

For tabs on top:
Configuration -> Core Settings -> Layout [tab] -> Panel Tab -> Tab Location

For Focus color:
Configuration -> Explorer Panel Settings -> Colors [tab] -> File and Folder State colors and (optionally) Focus Indicator

Can you explain the setting Browse Filesystem Timeout (ms) under Configuration -> Core Settings -> Filesystem tab?

What is the significance of changing the value there?

I created a new ComboBox like controller...But it might have some different behaviors.

Hi Mathias,

Personally, I do not use (nor want to use) dark mode.  But...

I hope the "different behaviors" do not include changes to the basic behaviour of comboboxes.
For example:  Alt+DownArrow to open the combobox; scrolling within it using Up/Down arrow keys and Enter to select an item?

Mathias, this Beta is being offered for update even though I have MultiUpdate configured not to download Betas...

The first argument needs to be the complete path to the file, including drive and folder(s).

Set up your tabs the way you want them, right-click the tab and select "Save tabs to file..."; pick a location.

You can have as many such set-ups as you want.  To load another, right-click a tab and select "Load tabs from file..."; pick your file.
