Title: Format big USB as FAT32?

Any plugin to format big USB sticks/memory cards as FAT32 to overcome Windows limitation (https://www.diskpart.com/articles/fat32-option-not-available-1881.html)?

Not currently. But if an external tool exists you can add a button for it easy in MC. Just drag it to the quick launch bar
