Title: The program does not start

I've installed the program for win32, but when I tried to start it, I got the message, that "the entry point of Get Logical Processor Information's procedure is not found in the dll library Kernell32.dll"

So, what can be the reason of it?

It requires Windows XP SP3 as a minimum.. For the next version this will be change so that XP SP2 works again.
