Menu > Tools > To Clipboard

There you have many options for Copy to path.. and many of them have a shortcut key by default.  And you can also configure one your self.
And This options under "To clipboard" is also available in the Shell Context Menu. under the MultiCommander option

No you get the current path
Ctrl+P or the "File/Folder path into clipboard" option from the context menu

as 1.png,right click on a empty folder,and select ctrl+p menu.
please note path is  test3\testt

as 2.png,ctrl+v on command bar,but it only show "test3".

can not get "testt".

===
now I find ctrl+p not action.

1. select 1.png,ctrl+c.
2. at empty folder ,ctrl+p
3. at command bar,ctrl+v ,
it get png path+filename.
