Feature Requests and Suggestions / Send to clipboard Folder path
« on: December 11, 2015, 20:10:31 »
Hello, the keyboard shortcut ctrl-p and shift-alt-p is multiple times every day helpful to me. I copy the path to the clipboard, then insert it somewhere else and add a new Filename. It would be helpfull when the path in the clipboard would end with a backslash, which isn't the case now. So it wouldn't be neccesary to add it every time. Thank you!

when packing files the destination of the zip-file should be the one that is shown in the second listing-window.
I think this would be consequent and ease of operation.

Feature Requests and Suggestions / default name for new directorys
« on: March 08, 2013, 21:52:04 »
when you create a new directory using "F7", there should be a default name suggested and this
should be the name of the file or directory at the cursor. Oftentimes new subdirectorys have similar
names like existing ones. Thanks!

Feature Requests and Suggestions / shortcut-keys for view-mode
« on: March 08, 2013, 21:44:53 »
I oftentimes use switching of view-modes especialy "Details" and "Thumbnail".
Thats why i would favor the definition of shortcut-keys for switching view modes.
Thanks!

Feature Requests and Suggestions / Thumbnails left-right top -down
« on: March 08, 2013, 21:39:57 »
Most thumbnail viewers, that i know, arrange the thumbnails left-right-top-down, like text. I think, this is reasonable.
MC presently arrages thumbnails top-down-left-right. Thanks!

this function is usefull to get a quick overwiew of the files that hide in subdirectories. If you are sure that all files have different names you maybe want to move all that files with a single move-command into an new directory. Furthermore you can search in that files by using filters. I really miss this funktion. Thanks!
