Title: How to re-enable menu bar?

I have accidentially disabled the menu bar.

How can I re-enable it?

Ctrl+M will toggle menu bar on / off

With the Alt-Button you get always and everywhere hidden menu bars back. Therefore if you use only a 1080 px rows screen, you can hide it always and if you need it use the Alt-Button.
