Title: add link to MC change log under the HELP > ABOUT menu

Please add a link to the MC change log under the HELP > ABOUT screen or as a separate menu item under the HELP menu:   

I previously suggested this functionality on 2015-08-31 and 2025-05-07.

You have it under Help > Multi Commander ChangeLog  ( row 3 in menu )
