Title: Feature Request: Add a Keyboard Shortcut for the Context Menu

In many Windows applications, pressing Shift+F10 opens the context menu, just like right-clicking. Could this shortcut be added to MC ? It would also be helpful to allow users to customize the shortcut key for opening the context menu (MC V17).
