Feature Requests and Suggestions / eaiser access to favorites - mouse over icon/ favorites toolbar/ special tab

I'm a newbie and am very impressed with the breadth of capabilities you have created!

The only thing that would make it better for me is an easier way to access favorites...any of the options like
@ keep favorites window open some where like instead of buttons view
@ icon with mouse over on explorer bar (where the refresh buttons is located)
@ favorites toolbar like firefox
@ special tab the open the folder clicked on in the other window
