display 0 byte size
« on: November 11, 2012, 06:42:49 »
please add an option to display 0 B in size column for folders with 0 byte size...i have a folder with 3 subfolders and they're all 0 byte(i didn't know since i think they're all created by the system) and when I turned on calculate folder size..nothing was displayed..I thought it was a bug but then I realized that they have 0 byte size..if only 0 was displayed there'll be no confusion..so please..just an option..

yeah, i got confused for a second too. A command with no visible response (when dir = empty) will always make me question if the command has actually been executed.

I support this request. Looks like nothing got calculated or MC doesn't have access to a directory if <DIR> is displayed instead of 0 B for directories that have nothing or only empty subdirectories in it.
