Only if you can make it connect to Windows as a mass storage device. then Windows get full file system access to it and it gets a drive letter.
Some versions of android you can make that happening by enabling USB debugging.
Without it Windows do not get full access to the device and the only way to communicate to it is over MTP using the WPD APIs
and MC do not support WPD yet. (its coming)
