File Checksum Creates Empty MD5 Files
« on: August 10, 2015, 21:32:45 »
I've been experimenting withe File Checksum extension and while I can compare files and create proper SFV files, whenever I try to create an MD5 file, the File Verifier tab displays the hash value, saying that it succeeded, but the resulting MD5 file is always 0 KB in size and completely empty.

I always get this result whether I choose multiple or single files or whether I'm running as a normal user or as an admin.

Anybody have any ideas on what the problem is or how I can diagnose this?

thanks,
Hodge
