Is it possible to access the new OneDrive in Windows 10 in Multi Commander. I have not been able to figure out how to do it.

You should have a onedrive entry in the device dropdown.. (You can also configure so it popup up in device toolbar, or type ":one" on commandline field)
This will take you to the location where onedrive is configured to sync its content.
However you must in OneDrive configure what folders in your onedrive you want to sync. By default it will not sync anything.
