Using MC v2 x64 on win 7 64 bit.
MC remembers its size and position except when one uses a particular Win 7 feature. If one drags the top border of MC to the top of the screen, there is a highlighting of one's cursor and the windows snaps to the height of the screen. MC does NOT remember this and opens at its previous size and position.
A screen cast can be supplied if needed.
