Save Clipboard into a FIle

Tips show I can save clipboard Txt data to a file.
This option is very useful for me.
Please help how do I do it.
Also I must add, MC has become amazingly worth, after recent version

Just copy some text somewhere, then in MC press Ctrl+V or Shift+Ins, dialog will popup...
Also you can save images from clipboard.

Also one more Sir,
I customize columns more particularly Size column because my files sizes are 10gb+ but they are not saved.
Please help

Probably you should right click on some column and choose "save as default layout"
