Search and Copy
« on: February 14, 2013, 20:41:20 »
Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible after doing a search to copy those files/folders found ONLY to another folder, say on the desktop. At the moment it copies the entire directory structures. So, lets say I have a directory of 500 folders and the search finds 10 files scattered about. Can I copy just the ones found and maintain the original folder structure?

Similar to a piece of software called CopyChangedFiles.

Thank you.

You can copy files from the search result by selecting them then select to copy them.

Thanks Mathias, but this isn`t what I was asking. I know I can copy them, but I need to copy them maintaining the original directory structure in the target folder.
