just installed and already a question

I have installed Multi Commander and I like the looks of it.... I was making some changes and I did not like one of them but I can not undo it. I deleted the top menu - file, view, ect... How do I get that back?

This application is so much better then Windows Explorer.

It's MAGIC  Where would I find these short cuts? No doubt they are right in front of me... I better go look!
