The Tab Folder Icons semm not work right. When i set teh option and click aply, the icons are displayed on teh tabs. After restart of mc it looks again like this:



Maybe mc should chech for icons on every creation of the tab or cache the icon localy?

I know. It is also mention in the blog post

That also why there is a "*" there.

If you go in and out of the folder it should refresh.

I Know, And I do not think it will be fixed anytime soon.

No it is not strange.. as said above "is not working 100% because the icon have to already be cached for this to work", So if download folder work then the icon for that folder have already been shown and cached and that is why it works

(I guess that your fist tab named "documents" is created first. So it starts to fetch icons so when this tab is created and shown that icons is then in the cache)
